delivering your ceramic flowers

At CeramicFlowers, we want to make sure your order arrives safely. After using various couriers, we have found DPD to be the safetest and most reliable.
If you would prefer a different courier, please leave a note on checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.

For those urgent order, we use DPD next day. 
All next day orders, received before 11am, will be sent the same day for delivery the following day.
All next day order received after 11am will be dispatched the next day for delivery the following day.
If an order is received after 11am on Friday (or over the weekend) the order will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.
If you need something sooner, please call and we will do what we can.

Standard delivery is 3 working days. 
Orders before 11am are typically dispatched the same day but can be the day after so please expect your item within 3-4 days.

We keep our flower prices as low as possible, which is why we need to charge delivery costs on orders under £50. Sending 1 or 2 stems for free would result in us losing money (the cost of boxes, packaging and delivery etc)

DPD will delivery 75% of items they collect Fridays on Saturday (depending on how busy they are) 
If your next day order is placed before 11am on Friday, there is a 75% chance it will arrive Saturday.
Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched Monday (apart from bank holidays)
If you need something urgenty, please contact us and we will do what we can.

We recommend any orders for Christmas be placed by Thursday 19th December. 
We will dispatch order on Monday 23rd but DPD wont guarantee delivery.
